Fast,Friendly and Quality Service Haasz automall Dalton Service Department is one of the best we have been to. My husband and I took our 2018 Jeep Cherokee in for a recall notice we received. Brent Steed was the Service Advisor who took care of us. We was there about a half hour. And Brent was back telling us we were all finished. Turns out our Jeep was not one with a problem. Brent then answered all of are questions on this Jeep and our 2019 Jeep. Lying sales persom Looked at jeep cherokee and wanted heated seats. Took one for a test drive, but couldn't find heated seat button. Will Felts was my sales person, Looked at jeep cherokee and wanted heated seats. Took one for a test drive, but couldn't find heated seat button. Will Felts was my sales person, and assured me that the jeep i drove had heated seats. We went through all of the paperwork, and when it was time to show me my vehicle, there were no heated seats. Will sent me home in that jeep, with reassurance after reassurance it would be fixed. After several correspondences, with promises the situation was handled , he quit returning my calls. I finally got in touch with Mark Lemon, who couldn't believe the situation and how it was handled. He took care of it and now I'm happy with the vehicle that I have. I would not trust William Felts ever again, and do not recommend him at all. More
