Right off the bat he was friendly and not once did he hassle us on a payment that we were thinking of he was more concerned of what we wanted and even though they didn't have what we wanted on the lot he had us test drive a similar vehicle and right away said he could get what we wanted. He took his time with us and located the perfect vehicle and kept us up to date with the process. We couldn't of asked for a more professional and friendly person. I will say that we looked at another dealership prior to coming to Haaze and all they wanted to talk about was payment as soon as we met Dave his friendliness and professionism is what made us chose to purchase the vehicle at Haaze. So disappointed! It really makes me sad that I have to write this review, but I will anyway. My car has been driving funny for months. Everytime I took it in I was told that it was fine and that the jerking and pulling the vehicle was doing was just its nature. Took it in another time because the terrain select knob wasn't functioning properly, and was told that it was because I probably used a non certified phone charger in the USB slot. I was out with my mom a few weeks ago and a message popped up for me to service the shifter. I asked my husband to call and make me a appointment and they couldn't get me in until the following week. Fed up, I went to another Jeep dealer to trade that lemon in. Since it was still under warranty, the new dealership took it back to look at it because when I was getting it appraised, I was told that it was indeed driving funny. Well surprise surprise, I had to have three major repairs on it. I got it repaired and drove it and it drives like a dream. I just had the Jeep at the dealership in August and supposedly nothing was wrong. I feel so slighted. I have written several raving reviews about the personnel because I thought maybe I was imagining things, and that I could trust them to be straightforward with me. Evidently not. I have to admit, one time I called angry and told the service department I needed a fixed vehicle because I have a traveling job and can't afford to be broke down somewhere. They brought the vehicle in days later and I was told it was fine. And that's another thing, they take many days up to a week to get you in to be seen. In all honesty, service department messed it up for sales because I purchased my Jeep with no issues. But after having all this trouble, I will not be back. EVER! More

Worst Car Sales Person Ever I have never seen a car dealer who was so unprepared to sale a car. They knew we were coming to see a certain car, gave them a day notice, drove over I have never seen a car dealer who was so unprepared to sale a car. They knew we were coming to see a certain car, gave them a day notice, drove over a 1 1/2 to see the car just to get there to have a sales person that was clueless. For starters I would think a good sales person would know which car we wanted to see, know the facts about the car in question, and have it washed and make sure it would even start before we arrived to see the car. Well not Paul, he started off telling us the entire wrong facts about the car, only reason we knew they were wrong was we had the dealership send the information on the car the day before. But he still wanted to think he knew the facts, was not for 10 minutes till he realized it was a different car he was talking about. (Clueless) So the car was covered in dust, and he hands us the keys to take it a test drive, for us to discover the car battery was dead. At this point I had to go find him to get the car jumped. You would think a good sales person would have 1 had the car ready for us, 2 should of stayed with us at the car till we pulled out, or at least had the car running. No he went back inside, so I had to go find him. So after all that we test drove the car and decided we would get the car. Once we sat down and started talking number, he blew up, and I mean blew up throwing a fit over a offer I had said. Too the point I was ready to walk away from the table and really give him a earful. But we stayed, and once he calmed down and heard what the offer was he finally said he would take it to his boss with a attitude. Now I have purchased and help purchase more then 50 plus cars in my time, and I have never seen such a circus of a sales professional. I can't believe for a new car dealer he is allowed to work for them. If you buy a car beware. He even tried to brag about the great warranty they give you, but he could not describe it it all. I had to have him print it out and let me read it, just to discover what he told us was wrong, and the warranty in our case was worthless. If you live close to the dealership it would be good, but if you live more then 30 mins away I would say its worthless. Defently make them print it out and read it carefully first, so they don't get you on the fine print. As far as Price, and the car great deal, and nice car, or we would not drive so far to buy it. Customer Service Sucks. If I owned that car lot, and was spending all that money to build a new building, I sure would have my sales staff better trained, and just not all sitting out side on the bench playing on there cellphones. Yes Haasz has great deals, just avoid Paul Baugman, and ask for a sales person who has a clue and you may be ok. More
