First appointment was for abs code and a 4x4 code. They tried to throw parts at the vehicle but I insisted on abs sensor replacement and it cleared the 4x4 codes. The 4x4 module would have been 700 do They tried to throw parts at the vehicle but I insisted on abs sensor replacement and it cleared the 4x4 codes. The 4x4 module would have been 700 dollars just for the part…. Second appointment for a cam positioning sensor that was replaced for nothing and was told the top end would need to come apart. They didn’t and wouldn’t back probe the sensor for signal or power and ground first. Nothing but attitude from the service writer! More

I have had my 2017 Grand Cherokee serviced here for a while. For simple things like oil changes and tire rotations and also some "oh xxxx, why is my check engine light on" moments.
