Very upset with the service department!! 2016 Jeep Summit had a transmission leak, I called for appointment I was told it must be flatbed to their location. No problem with that but when I sa 2016 Jeep Summit had a transmission leak, I called for appointment I was told it must be flatbed to their location. No problem with that but when I said I will need a rental I was told , well that’s a problem we have no cars on lot their all out and my car couldn’t be promised to be looked at until October 30. The date of call was October 19!! Then the service guy said your best bet is take your vehicle to another dealership!! I called Chrysler and they were absolutely wonderful in getting my vehicle to another dealership! Needless to say we will never go back to L&B !!! More
