Best Experience At a Parts Department Ever I just had an awesome experience at Savage L & B. I wanted a high performance hood for my new Jeep Wrangler. But I was overwhelmed by the thought of I just had an awesome experience at Savage L & B. I wanted a high performance hood for my new Jeep Wrangler. But I was overwhelmed by the thought of getting it, and then having it painted and then installed. Not to mention getting my old hood back to my house after the install. Then I went to Savage and talked to Pat Zizza, the parts manager. He helped me with every step and made a complicated procedure easy. He even helped me get the new hood to the body shop and then get my old hood back to my house. You won't see another parts manager going the extra mile for a customer like that. At least not often.
