This customer was not a priority It all started with a malfunctioning speaker in my 2017 Jeep Renegade. Three separate visits and the speaker is still not working. On the last visit It all started with a malfunctioning speaker in my 2017 Jeep Renegade. Three separate visits and the speaker is still not working. On the last visit, they decided that they needed to keep the vehicle overnight and offered a loaner. They pulled around huge RAM 4x4. Immediately we had concerns as we needed to park in a parking garage in Reading. We asked not one, but three different people if we should have any concerns about parking in the garage. We were assured that the truck is factory standard and should not have an issue fitting in the garage. Well, it was an issue and the top scraped, causing damage. Had to submit to my insurance company and pay $1000 deductible. I asked the dealer if they would take some of the responsibility, to no avail. I said that even $100 towards the deductible would satisfy me and the GM said no. So, I'm still without a speaker and out $1000. Taking our business elsewhere going forward. More

The appointments are finished quickly, the prices are awesome, and all of the repairs I have got service done at Savage L&B. It has always been great. Very upset with the service department!! 2016 Jeep Summit had a transmission leak, I called for appointment I was told it must be flatbed to their location. No problem with that but when I sa 2016 Jeep Summit had a transmission leak, I called for appointment I was told it must be flatbed to their location. No problem with that but when I said I will need a rental I was told , well that’s a problem we have no cars on lot their all out and my car couldn’t be promised to be looked at until October 30. The date of call was October 19!! Then the service guy said your best bet is take your vehicle to another dealership!! I called Chrysler and they were absolutely wonderful in getting my vehicle to another dealership! Needless to say we will never go back to L&B !!! More
Best Experience At a Parts Department Ever I just had an awesome experience at Savage L & B. I wanted a high performance hood for my new Jeep Wrangler. But I was overwhelmed by the thought of I just had an awesome experience at Savage L & B. I wanted a high performance hood for my new Jeep Wrangler. But I was overwhelmed by the thought of getting it, and then having it painted and then installed. Not to mention getting my old hood back to my house after the install. Then I went to Savage and talked to Pat Zizza, the parts manager. He helped me with every step and made a complicated procedure easy. He even helped me get the new hood to the body shop and then get my old hood back to my house. You won't see another parts manager going the extra mile for a customer like that. At least not often. I highly recommend Pat. He knows his stuff and is willing to give you a great price and help out any way he can. Thank you again Pat. You will be seeing me again soon. Tony More
