This was one of the worst car experiences I have ever have in my life. Tony Shaw did now help me at all and came up with all different excuses on not helping customer today. I don’t know what kind of dealership operations they are running here at Sawgrass. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here for service . Requested time off from work just not to get any help. Terrible customer service. He had the audacity to tell me that I would have to pay for two brand new tires before doing diagnostic on my car. Then he told me that they don’t really change tires on my kind of car anymore which makes no sense to me since it’s a Infiniti. Please don’t come here for service the worst in the business. Phil Kasten was no help and unreliable as a manger . Be aware of this place they try to take your money . Money hungry More

Sales person was knowledgeable and seemed to understand my needs. The QX50 I test drove was nice but the two displays had far to much information for me. Love Sawgrass and Tony Shaw. Tony is the best. He is courteous, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. Unlike Coconut Creek, which is less than 10 minutes away from my home Tony is the best. He is courteous, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. Unlike Coconut Creek, which is less than 10 minutes away from my home, they always say they do not have loaners or rentals unless it seems they know they will have your car more than 2 days. At Sawgrass, I am always offered a loaner or a rental no matter how long they have it. In fact for this particular service call, I mistakenly took my car to Coconut Creek(engine light on and I was afraid to drive to Sawgrass) early that morning and by 3pm no one had even looked at my car. That is not right. I paid for an Uber to go pick it up and take it to Sawgrass who gave me a rental loaner car the next day. It's Sawgrass for me from now on. More
