From the beginning of me dropping off my car, to the point of them completing ripping off my rear bumper, the service team did nothing but treat me very poor. sunroof pipes clogged and flood my car. Price: 3000! My infinity is getting floated on the floor of the back seat. Apparently this is something that happens when the sunroof gets clogged (which is ridicu My infinity is getting floated on the floor of the back seat. Apparently this is something that happens when the sunroof gets clogged (which is ridiculous that they know this and nobody has made a recall on this) I didn't drive my car because of the quarantine and then I noticed the water. I went to the dealer and the guy said he has never seen anything like that. Then he called me and said that this is very common with these cars and to fix it I have to pay 3000 dollars because the water got to the computer or if I want to leave my 2014 Q50 they will give me 3000 for my car....!!!!!The repair bill was 800 dollars for the parts and 2300 in labor!!! Imagine this! Thieves!! I had to pay 180 dollars to tell me that and they are not able to clean the pipe that was clogged unless I pay the 3000 they want!!! More
