My experience here was seamless! Fred Hayes was amazing. I leased a 2020 Traverse. Fred showed me two vehicles that suited my needs but then I saw the 2020 Traverse on the lot. While it wasn’t what I had in I leased a 2020 Traverse. Fred showed me two vehicles that suited my needs but then I saw the 2020 Traverse on the lot. While it wasn’t what I had intended on I had to have it. Like with all deals there was some back and forth but I never felt agitated or upset. And in the end we settled on something I was comfortable with. When I picked my vehicle up I told Fred I couldn’t stay long and he quickly got all the paperwork done. Then in an eloquent and speedy fashion showed me all the features I needed to know. He told me to contact him anytime with further questions. Overall I felt safe and confident with my decision.
