Went here for a warranty turbo service. Asked two questions about the service, 1. Would it be a 1 for 1 swap or an improved version of the known defective turbo. 2 would I get a courtesy ve Asked two questions about the service, 1. Would it be a 1 for 1 swap or an improved version of the known defective turbo. 2 would I get a courtesy vehicle since my car would be in for 3 days. The service manager had a bad attitude and told me “you’re lucky we’re giving you a turbo”. I tried to speak with his boss and got transferred back to him not once, but twice. Then after making a complaint I was told my car would be done in two hours, originally I was told it wouldn’t be done for 3 days. I told them I was arranging a tow to another Buick don’t touch my car and then it became “there’s nothing I can do your car is done”. Stay FAR away from here for service. Wouldn’t expect sales to be any better to be honest as no one reached out to me after the fact. More
