We just purchased our second Yukon XL from Salerno Buick GMC in Randolph. Our salesman, Dan Diprimo, worked closely with us to make sure we were able to take advantage of every offer available from USAA, GM, and the dealership. Dan was friendly and his follow up was amazing. Any questions or concerns about the cars we were interested in were answered on the same day. After an exhaustive search on line for the right vehicle for my family, I have settled on a Buick Enclave. I contacted three dealerships for a price quote. He quoted me a great price on a new Enclave and invited me and my wife to come in for a test drive and decide on the options. Dan was very professional, courteous and straight to the point. After the test drive, we were convinced that Enclave was the car for us. When we decided on the color and options, it turned out that the dealership did not have the car we wanted. Dan searched other dealerships for the exact car that we requested, ordered it and quickly negotiated an excellent deal without any fluff fees that some dealers tend to throw in. I am a difficult consumer and can not buy a car from the first dealer. I visited the other two dealerships, the deal I got at Jim Salerno turned out to be a much better deal than the other two dealers offered. We are very happy with our new car and are extremely happy with the price and service we received from Dan and everyone at Jim Salerno. More
