My husband bought a used vehicle from Salerno about a year ago after having his car totaled. We did have some normal maintenance done(free oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) but also a few things did happen and Salerno covered all of the expenses.My husband was given a loaner anytime he had to leave his truck. We vowed that when we needed a new car we would return to Salerno. Last week we picked up my 2012 Acadia. We called A.J. & he turned us over to George Gregory(George handles new cars). George was personable, knowledgable and no pressure. Since they did not have the Acadia we wanted they searched other dealers and found one for us. Joe really worked hard to try and get us as much of a discount as possible. He even looked into our places of business to see if they offered employees any discounts on GMC's. He advised us of all discounts and promotions we were eligible for. I am a firm believer of supporting local businesses within my own town, however if they don't live up to my expectations I would not patronize them again. Salerno-Duane exceeded my expectations. It turned out that the exact car we wanted was somewhere on a truck being delivered that morning. We went out for a late breakfast and halfway through we received a cell phone call that the vehicle was at the dealer and being off loaded at that moment. By the time we returned to the showroom, the vehicle was clean and ready for a test drive. We finalized the price and bought the car. After signing all the papers, receiving an orientation and introduction to the car, and its many options, my wife drove her new car home that afternoon. This dealer has a very high rating from consumers and I found nothing in my buying experience with Salerno, and Mr. Pavelchak, on our new LaCrosse that detracts from this high rating. Two weeks later, we have about 500 miles on the car and love it!! More

Our salesman, Dan Diprimo, worked closely with us to make sure we were able to take advantage of every offer available from USAA, GM, and the dealership. Dan was friendly and his follow up was amazing. Any questions or concerns about the cars we were interested in were answered on the same day. I am writing this recommendation so that if you are debating whether the drive is too far, know that it is worth the trip. You will be pleased with the showroom, the staff and the selection. More
