We arrived at the dealership to replace an 8-year old Yukon with Yukon XL 8 passenger version. But, the color and seating requirements that I was looking for wasn't easy to locate. John was friendly and persistent in searching for our perfect car. In the end, we were thrilled and delighted with his honest, kind approach to car sales. I have never had a bad experience and the entire staff has always taken care of my needs.
