We can understand your frustration. However, we did not damage or scratch your car, and it is unfortunate that this situation has tarnished your image of us as a dealership. We are very lenient and open-minded with our customers and like to go out of our way to help them. Our goal is always to treat you well in hopes that you come back and do business with us in the future. However, you came in for 2 recalls that were completely unrelated to the scratch/door panel that you claim we broke. So unfortunately, we are unable to fix those items that we were not responsible for. Invoice date 4/7/16. Invoice # bucs753253. Customer # 73901. On my invoice it states that I requested alternate transportation when I did not. And then there is a charge for $40 for one day alternate transportation. The $50 goodwill was the coupon that I had gotten in the mail for applying to any service visit. And as far as any future service I will not be coming back. I'm not your run of the mill, typical, doesn't know anything about cars, kind of girl. I know how to do an oil change. I know how to rotate tires. And thankfully so does my husband.. I know because my dad was a mechanic for a Buick dealership his whole life and he taught me well. If it comes down to finding the time to changing my own oil and rotate my own tires or risking my life and my kids lives bringing it to you...ill do it myself. I have even ordered the 2 replacement lug nuts for my car from somewhere else.
