We found a 2014 Chevy Pickup at this dealership that was what we were looking for. I called and talked with Tyler and he said it was still there and I said we might drive down to look at it. My wife and I what we were looking for. I called and talked with Tyler and he said it was still there and I said we might drive down to look at it. My wife and I drove the 90 mile and Tyler had the truck out front and came out with the key to unlock and look it over. It was very clean and just what we wanted. I ask him what my 2016 Nissan Frontier 4x4 would be worth in trade. He went inside and came out shortly and said: He couldn't give me a trade price unless I was going to commit to buy today, per his boss, the Sales Manager. How can you commit to buy anything, if you don't know what they are giving you in trade ??? Tyler apologized, but said he was under orders. I have been a salesman for over 44 years and never heard of this approach. This Sales Manager needs to go back to sales training and learn how to treat a customer. I would have given this dealer a 1 star, except for the good job done by Tyler. However, I will not be dealing with this dealer and would advise others, like wise. Don P. More
