I asked to have the PCM flashed along with the TCM and HCP (to clear a P0308 code and check engine light). The service manager was kind enough to get the truck in same-day (after asking me to call Service HCP (to clear a P0308 code and check engine light). The service manager was kind enough to get the truck in same-day (after asking me to call Service directly next time rather than booking online), but the code returned the following day. While I left instructions on what should be reflashed, I believe only the PCM was. When picking up the truck I asked what was done, and a different rep just read the service report to me (PCM reflash) and couldn't answer additional questions. I'll be booking another service appt to (hopefully and finally) fix the code error. More

Excellent service, customer relations andthe job done. My only problem is that the cost seemed to be high. Also, my grill had 3 "M" class decorative strip covers when it was brought in.
