Excellent New Car Experience Last week I leased a 2020 MDX. I have been an Acura customer for years, I knew which vehicle I wanted in advance. I contacted a salesman by the name of Jesse Sellers over the phone and we made a deal within 30 minutes. Jesse was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient. Jesse was not your typical "car salesman" - no double talk, just straight forward information. What a pleasant experience! When I picked up the car -Jesse had all the paperwork prepared - (due to the current pandemic), I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Jesse is a true asset to Scanlon Acura. More
Service Department I leased a 2020 MDX from Scanlon and wanted roof rails installed. I was introduced to Clay Kvetko from the service department by my salesman Jesse Sel I leased a 2020 MDX from Scanlon and wanted roof rails installed. I was introduced to Clay Kvetko from the service department by my salesman Jesse Sellers. Clay was just as professional and courteous as my salesman (Jesse Sellers). When I arrived to have the work done - Clay was very patient and knowledgeable. He told me it would take approximately an hour and half to complete the job. The job was completed, car washed within one hour and 15 minutes. Clay went over pricing in detail before and after service was done to the car. I will be using Scanlon's service department in the future - what a great experience! More

Impecable service leading to a delightful experience Rob Cohan was the salesman I dealt with from the start. When I flew to Fr Myers to pick up my car, he met me at the airport and drove us back to the dealer where everything was ready. I gave him the necessary paperwork and I was in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes and back on the road to home. More

Excellent Service My Acura MDX needed an oil change. After the multi-inspection it was discovered I needed to replace the brake fluid. They were unable to get the cap My Acura MDX needed an oil change. After the multi-inspection it was discovered I needed to replace the brake fluid. They were unable to get the caps off easily as they were rusted. So it was recommended to replace the wells the fluid goes in. We ordered the parts. It was an expensive repair. When they worked on it they found they were able to remove the caps without damage to the part the fluid is held. They returned the parts and I was only charged for the brake fluid change. I worked with Clay and he walked me through all the steps and was very kind and helpful. I had a beautiful loaner car for that day, and was very happy they could resolve this brake problem. I would highly recommend Scanlon Acura in Fort Meyers. Expert, respectful, and kind service people. Thank you, Carol Francis More
