I do all my research and only select 3 cars that are similar in terms of year, model, trim, etc. Then I research dealership reviews like the ones here. Once i have selected a few that meet my criteria I reach out to begin discussions. I have had the pleasure of being assigned to Robert (Bob) Cohan. He was very prompt in presenting me with all the requested information and disclosed all pricing via a quote. He also presented me with the inspection report. He is very response and answers all the questions. He understands I am in between 2 cars and is doing his best to influence my decision.
