Professional, courteous service that will keep my business 3 years ago, I was torn between leasing a Honda or an Acura. Visited the Honda dealership and almost immediately wanted to leave as a result of the ch 3 years ago, I was torn between leasing a Honda or an Acura. Visited the Honda dealership and almost immediately wanted to leave as a result of the cheap sales gimmick routine that was being thrown at me. When the salesman realized I was about to leave, he looked at me and said "well, what if I throw a free cruise in?" Cmon man.. Then walked next door to the Acura dealership and began working with Phil Ursillo. Total no-nonsense guy. Was very direct with me and never once tried to upsell me or put me in a car that I didn't want. Was extremely courteous throughout the encounter and I almost immediately felt comfortable working with him. Went on to lease the cheapest model car they have because that's all I could afford at the time. Regardless, he was still extremely courteous and treated me the same as he would with a high end client. Three years later, my financial situation has changed and I am now looking to upgrade. Although I now live 3 hours away from Fort Myers, I immediately reached out to Phil to assist me with my new lease. Still the same guy.. was very direct, no nonsense, not trying to sell me something I didn't want. Can now happily say I recently signed another lease with Scanlon. I have also had the chance to interact with a lot of the management at the dealership, and they all gave me the same impression that Phil did. Absolutely 100% recommend both Phil Ursillo and this dealership to anyone who is in the market. They will keep my business for a long time to come regardless if I live in Fort Myers or not. More

No BS! Cut to the chase, made a deal, and got on my way! Of all the new cars I have purchased, this was the most pleasurable, easiest, and quickest. Phil was all about business and respecting me. We spoke, Of all the new cars I have purchased, this was the most pleasurable, easiest, and quickest. Phil was all about business and respecting me. We spoke, he understood what I wanted (car, options, and price). There was zero back and forth with offers and "let me talk to my manager". He came with a fair offer and we made it happen. This was no where close to the 4 hour ordeal. I think the total time in the office including paper signing was maybe 20 minutes? Phil knows his stuff and he got the point across to his manager so there was no wasting time. Without a doubt, this dealership and Phil have earned my business - long term! Also of importance, when signing the paperwork, there was no upsell crap of service plans, dealer options, etc. For once I left a dealer with lower blood pressure than when I entered! More

Well, that individual was Phillip Ursillo and this guy was very cool, calm, and collected with so much patience and knowledge of vehicles and just overall a real genuine person to talk with. I really forgot that I was sitting in a room with a sales consultant, it felt more like a good friend that had my best interest throughout the whole process and with no pressure to purchase! I am one that likes to do alot of research before I make a purchase so I am always bringing questions to the table. I had many questions on different vehicles and Phil was very receptive in answering to the best of his knowledge, and if there was something he didn't know he would ask the team at the dealership. This shows true Teamwork! We found the perfect and most ideal car, and shall I say it is a beauty!! I had a car to trade in as well and this team gave me the best trade in value towards my 2015 ES350 Lexus. Starting out with Phil in sales, then onto the value for my car with Jeff, next was Mark in finances and Robin with his help showing me how to set up the nav/stereo, these guys are the best and I would highly recommend this group! Also, I stopped back in since I had a question with how the stereo/navigation worked and Robin was very helpful on showing me some of the short cuts on using the system. I wanted to make sure I mentioned everyone and Nicole with the warm and friendly greeting every time I would call and ask for Phil :) I know for the future we will only being working with this dealership and it will be a life long relationship, they won us over and carry the best vehicles and prices!!
