She encouraged us to call her at any time with questions, and described herself as "our salesperson for life." This is our third Acura purchase, but our first in South Florida. The fair pricing and excellent customer service fulfilled our expectations buying Acuras. Jarrod Bishop reviewed the extended warranties and protection packages in a smart and low-key way. Stand up Dealer I would like to tell you about our experience with the purchase of our Used BMW 325ci at Scanlon. After working out the price with Dan our salesmen I I would like to tell you about our experience with the purchase of our Used BMW 325ci at Scanlon. After working out the price with Dan our salesmen I asked if he could do anything about the wheels that where a little pitted, he said he would see what he could do for me. On Monday when we when to pick up the car, Dan said he can in early to make sure the wheels got done. He told us he didn't like the way they came out and needed a hour as he had them repainted. When we picked up the car the wheel rims looked new. We thanked him and proudly drove our car home. Later that day as we where driving a SERVICE ENGINE SOON light came on. I called Dan and he told us bring the car in 1st thing in the morning and they would take of it. The next day I went in and they got the light off and sent me on my way. With a explanation that it just needed to be reset. I left the dealership and a few hour later the light came on again. Again I called Dan and he said to bring the car right over, after about 20 minutes Dusty the service Manager came and said that they needed to keep the car and that they where going to give me a loaner to drive home. The next day I got a call from service and the they informed me that the car required $850.00 in service and that they would cover 50% and that I was responsible for the other half. I asked to speak with Dan our sales rep and he spoke to the used car manage and told me not to worry that they would cover the whole repair. All I can say is this is a great CO. and that they stood up and did the right thing by us. I would recommend the Dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car. Other than the fact that I think Acura is the best car on the road for the money, the whole staff at Scanlan Acura provides "above and beyond" customer service. I have them take care of all my service needs as well...always no hassle and accommodating. Alex Soare was my salesman for this latest purchase and he is a consulate gentleman, easy going and honest. Got me exactly what I asked for, along with financing managers Don and Shaun. These guys own my business. More
