I recently brought my wife’s certified Lexus NX in for a 30K service and to address a battery concern, and overall I was pleased with the experience. The positives were strong: I was able to call in the morning, get a same-day appointment, and even received a loaner vehicle—huge plus. The service representative was courteous, professional, and made the drop-off process smooth. Michael, our original salesperson, also went above and beyond by reaching out when he saw we were in for service. It was a thoughtful gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. The service manager was also visible and made an effort to ensure everyone in the waiting area felt welcomed and acknowledged. However, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. First, I was told that a piece of metal had slashed our rear tire. While I don’t doubt their inspection, the damage appeared so severe in the photo that I found it hard to believe we drove 30+ minutes on it without any issues. A more detailed explanation would’ve helped. Also, the battery replacement caught me off guard. The original battery was installed in 11/22 and clearly marked with an 84-month warranty. Although I approved the work via text, a quick conversation to clarify warranty coverage would have been appreciated. Lastly, the pickup process was slower than expected. Instead of being able to pay the cashier and go, I had to wait around for a service advisor to check me out—an inefficient step that didn’t add to the customer experience. All in all, the service was solid, but the finer touches that used to distinguish this dealership have slipped a bit—possibly due to new ownership. With a few process improvements and more proactive communication, this could easily be a five-star operation again. More

They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was being done and answer all my questions without rushing. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly attitude. The service was completed on time, and my vehicle was returned clean and ready to go. I appreciate the transparency and care shown by the entire team. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and highly recommend them! More
