I brought my 2019 RX-350 for 2 recalls under warranty. Dan Hoffman was the service advisor who was very cheerful to work with. He gave us a loaner for the day and advised me that the car would be ready Dan Hoffman was the service advisor who was very cheerful to work with. He gave us a loaner for the day and advised me that the car would be ready in the afternoon. As promised, I received the expected car ready text in the afternoon.
