While we aim for five-star service, we appreciate the two-star review. We pulled your paperwork to make sure you had the opportunity to purchase extended vehicle protection. We did offer it to you, and you declined it. It has been more than a month since your purchase in November, so we can't be sure that the items you mentioned didn't become an issue after your purchase. When we did our inspection, there is no mention of headrest malfunctions from our certified technician. If you had any questions or concerns about how the vehicle was working, that should have been addressed when you demonstrated the vehicle. A 2013 Mercedes S class has close to 150 button functions, so quite a bit can go wrong with this particular seven-year-old vehicle. This is why we always recommend extended vehicle coverage to protect your investment at purchase.

As you know, I came back with the car a few hours after I picked it up. We had several issues, one that you ordered a part for. When I came back to have the part installed I told the Servvice Advisor about the countour seat function and rear headrests - he said they would look at them - after he did he said there was nothing the dealership would do and they can not be expected to check everything. So let's get the story right, I was told the car had been inspected and "everything" was working as designed. Why can't you guys just do the right thing?
