Tire pressure issue Got a chime and blinking light while right in neighborhood of Scanlon. Pulled in and the check in staff was immediately helpful. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER CARE I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN FOR A REGULAR SERVICE AND MY CUSTOMER CARE REP IS ALWAYS GREAT. TODAY THE DEALERSHIP WENT A STEP FURTHER FOR ME WHICH WAS AMAZIN I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN FOR A REGULAR SERVICE AND MY CUSTOMER CARE REP IS ALWAYS GREAT. TODAY THE DEALERSHIP WENT A STEP FURTHER FOR ME WHICH WAS AMAZING. AS A BUSY PROFESSIONAL, I HAD A PROPOSAL THAT I WAS WORKING ON THAT NEEDED FURTHER DISCUSSION WITH TWO ASSOCIATES WHO MET ME AT THE DEALERSHIP . I STOPPED AN EMPLOYEE WHO HAPPENED TO BE THE FINANCE MANAGER AND ASKED IF THERE WERE ANYWHERE PRIVATE THE 3 OF US COULD SIT. SHE FOUND AN EMPTY UNOCCUPIED OFFICE - ASKED THE GENERAL MANAGER IF IT WERE OK FOR US TO SIT THERE AND DISCUSS OUR PROPOSAL ... HE READILY AGREED. Purchased a pre-owned car I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the dealership. I had called on a car that I was interested in and the salesman Mike M. promptly returned my I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the dealership. I had called on a car that I was interested in and the salesman Mike M. promptly returned my call. I made an appointment and was promptly greeted by the sales manager Dan C. ,who took me to the lounge where I had a coffee. A few minutes later Mike came in ; very cordial and friendly. We sat down to negotiate which was painless as both representatives were open and transparent. They offered me a fair price for my trade and I bought the car. They also told me to call if I had any issues with the car and they would take care of it. The culture and business model at Scanlon is as they say; they don't want any customer, whether buying new or used, to leave unhappy. I definitely recommend this dealership. Excellent experience. Our NX300 had its 5000 mile service, today. The Scanlon experience was expeditious and exceeded our expectations. We found our service consultants, Keith and Jake, friendly, knowledgeable and very accommod experience was expeditious and exceeded our expectations. We found our service consultants, Keith and Jake, friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Our service rating was excellent; however, it was by far superior to any service we have encountered in the past with Cadillac and Infiniti dealships. More
