He listened to what I was looking for which was a used vehicle. After showing me numerous used vehicles, he suggested that I look at a new vehicle due to the incentive offers that were being offered. It turned out that I could get a new vehicle for not much more than the used ones I looked at with no miles opposed to 20- 30000 miles the used ones had. He did not pressure me one bit or try to sway me one way or the other in my decision. He just presented me with different options for me to consider in making my decision. He made me feel so relaxed and made it easy for me to make my decision. A few days later, I realized that I had left a considerable amount of cash in the console of my trade in and called him and let him know my situation. Within 10 minutes, he called me back and informed me that he had found it. I would like to commend him on his honesty and integrity. He could of stuck it in his pocket and told me he didn't find it. Lexus management should be proud to have an employee of his caliber and recognize him for outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend him and Scanlon Lexus to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
Very difficult to work with Not having a Lexus dealership near me, I bought my Lexus at Scanlon, Ft. Myers. My purchase experience with Henry couldn't have been better and I love Not having a Lexus dealership near me, I bought my Lexus at Scanlon, Ft. Myers. My purchase experience with Henry couldn't have been better and I love my car! It is the service dept that is difficult to work with. The first time I had a service I did not require a loaner vehicle; this time I do. I booked a hotel in Ft. Myers for this Wednesday so I could take my car in on Thursday. I have clients in Ft. Myers so figured I could borrow a car and work while it is getting serviced. I was told last week I could borrow a loaner even thought it was a short service. I called this morning to change my appointment time and was assured by the lady on the phone that I was indeed down for a loaner. Later today, I received a call from Keith informing me that the lady on the phone is 'only' a receptionist and I was not to get a loaner, when he said I could last week. I am now having to pay out of pocket (my car is under warranty) for my service elsewhere, as this company is not willing to help. More

He handed me his business card and assured me a good experience! They have a great vehicle selection and a gorgeously attractive building. I loved the sitting area where they had three TVs with three different channels, one being my favorite tennis and the other being the Food Network. I believe the third TV had fishing type activities. The snack area had a nice selection with coffee, treats, and water. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership as I had a great first time experience! More
ScaMlon Settle in for a story folks! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS COMPANY! I originally contacted Scanlon about a 2014 Chrysler 200 convertible. I live Settle in for a story folks! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS COMPANY! I originally contacted Scanlon about a 2014 Chrysler 200 convertible. I live more than an hour away so my mother who lives in town went and test drove the vehicle. At that time, she was taken on a track that she couldn't go over 30 mph on (this becomes important later on). While speaking with the sales associate via phone, I was assured there were no mechanical or top issues with the car. That weekend I went to purchase the vehicle, and again, was assured there were no issues with the vehicle. I paid about $1,000 more than I wanted, but I figured I would be dealing with a Lexus dealership and thusly, better customer service. Driving the vehicle the next day, there was a significant shake to the car that made my dog sick in the car, which she never is, anytime I went over 50 mph. It made me feel nauseated as well and made the cars in front of me look like they were moving. Then the top started to leak streams of water on both sides with the first rain storm. I called Scanlon to speak with the used car manager who proceeded to yell at me on the phone and forbade me from having a mechanic check the vehicle over or even look at it. Well, that was probably because there was a known oil leak that they took the car to Chrysler to fix, but didn't disclose. To quote the manager "you bought a used car, what did you expect". Apparently, the vehicle being "safe" was his only concern, not that he sold a shoddy vehicle. By the time I took the car into their service department, along with the recurring oil leak, massive shake, and leaking top, the speedometer started to stick. I dropped the 200 off at 9 am and I finally got a call around 2pm saying they weren't sure how long I would be without the vehicle for it to be fixed. I left a message for the GM and soon enough I got a call from my sales person saying that I could come in and swap this vehicle out for another car on their lot, but that day only. I went in and found a car that would work, but I was going to be in a higher payment than I wanted to be for a secondary, work car. This car had more miles than I wanted on it as well, but fit the bill as far as being a convertible. When it came time to purchase I found out I wasn't getting a full refund for the original car with the issues, I was going to have to take a loss AND pay for the dealership fees again. I finally got the dealership to agree to discount the Mustang’s price so that I didn't get stuck with that fee again a week after I just paid it. I asked if the dealership would just buy out the Chrysler at the trade in cost so I could walk away (still at a loss), but not have to deal with them anymore. They told me no and that this was a one day deal. The new car needed some repairs done, including touch up paint on the rear bumper. When I brought the Mustang in for the touch up, there was no record of my appointment even though I had confirmed text messages for the day/ time I was supposed to be there since I was coming in from out of town. None of the managers knew what I was talking about. They finally allowed me to leave the vehicle to be fixed, with it to be finished the next day (Saturday). I later get a call that it won't be ready until Monday, so I have to drive 1.5 hrs after work at 6pm and then drive home. I will note that they did give me a loaner car which was nice. However, when I picked the vehicle up (after I had to call to see if it was even done since I had never gotten a call), the window had not been fixed where it gets stuck. I was told to take the car to the Ford dealership to deal with that, even though the dealership had the vehicle and could have easily fixed the problem. The problem with that is that the car is out of the factory warranty and I had purchased an extended warranty through Scanlon! Ford won't fix the problem without a fee, so I have to take the vehicle back to Fort Myers to be fixed. More

Customer for over 12 years. Very pleased. I have been dealing with Scanlon Lexus since 2007. First with our LX470 proceeded to purchase an SC430 than an RX350 and now an LX570. Some of the ca I have been dealing with Scanlon Lexus since 2007. First with our LX470 proceeded to purchase an SC430 than an RX350 and now an LX570. Some of the cars now are owned by the kids but we are keeping the LX’s. I have found both the sales and the service department to be excellent to work with. We are in a hunt for a new one for one of the kids and I am sure we will end up buying it there. More
Easiest Car Buying Experience I began my experience at Scanlon with Mary Alvarez, who is currently not at scanlon. She was exceptionally helpful with my test drives of the RXh and I began my experience at Scanlon with Mary Alvarez, who is currently not at scanlon. She was exceptionally helpful with my test drives of the RXh and ESh. When Mary left, she transferred me to Angelique. Angelique was super patient and thoughtful when having me explore all of the hybrid options. When not at the dealership we communicated through text and phone calls. She was so easy to work with and I am so happy with the deal that I received on my ESh. I look forward to working with Scanlon in the future! More
