Hi Sarah, since this review was posted all across the web we wanted to respond. The low mile (40K) white 2014 Chrysler 200 soft-top convertible we had was the reason you made the trip down. We also thought it was nice, so we invested into the vehicle: all new brakes front and rear, new air filter, fresh oil & oil filter, new wiper blades, two new tires, top of the line balance/road force with digital alignment, and sent the vehicle to Chrysler to fix the oil filter adapter seal (under warranty). This was not inexpensive and shows our commitment to having quality vehicles on the lot. We know the vibrations were not from the wheels or tires, the vehicle was operating as designed. The 200 with a cloth top and unibody does flex at high speeds and was just not the right vehicle for your ride expectations. If we knew about the leak it would have been address before we spent $1600 on reconditioning the vehicle because after almost forty years here in SW Florida, our reputation is worth more than a single car sale. Since the car still had powertrain warranty the oil issue/powertrain would have been repaired, but we did try to make you happy with a substitute vehicle. Quality does take time, that is why we got you a loaner vehicle at no charge since the very minor aesthetic rear bumper paint repair from luggage scrapes was going to take longer than anticipated to meet your expectations for repair. Not sure why the Ford store would give you bad information, the good news is your warranty is a zero deductible at any Certified repair facility. There is no reason to drive down to have us fix it, that doesn't make any sense.
