1st time Lexus car owner and loving it! When I first walked into Scanlon Lexus I was still undecided on what vehicle I wanted and was unsure if Lexus was even worth the price tag at the end When I first walked into Scanlon Lexus I was still undecided on what vehicle I wanted and was unsure if Lexus was even worth the price tag at the end of the day. But after meeting with Doug Cahn and test driving the RX-350 I was amazed at how wonderful the vehicle drove. Doug answered all of my questions and was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the Lexus brand. Even more impressive was after purchasing the vehicle from Scanlon, I had a few minor questions regarding the car and reached out to the dealership a few weeks late for some clarity. I left a voicemail but then thought, Let me just call Doug!". He picked up on the second ring and was able to answer all of my questions with no issues. Now that is true customer service! A big thanks to Scanlon Lexus and a special shout out to Doug Cahn for making me a Lexus believer. Love the car and will go nowhere else!! More
