Used car buyers are second rate customers at Scanlon I got the car I wanted but I feel taken advantage of. I was shuffled between sales people, my loan process didn't even begin until after the doors cl I got the car I wanted but I feel taken advantage of. I was shuffled between sales people, my loan process didn't even begin until after the doors closed at 8pm on a Sunday. They skipped someone ahead of me to financing and I was forced to make knee jerk decisions on my loan and extended warranty because of it. PLUS I spent money I didn't need to because they had a new tag issued without asking if I wanted to my current tag. I over paid for my extended warranty bc no one let me review it prior to the decision making process. I started the financing process at 2pm and didnt get to see anyone to ask any important questions until 8pm. My best friend is buying a new Lexus in the next month and she will not be going there after my ordeal. More
