Paul Melendez made my purchase easy, fun and enttertaining. Paul always kept me informed throughout every step of the sales process, I always knew exactly how close I was to closing on the purchase. Since I work over 50 hours per week paul was very patient and never rushed me or pushed the sale, he trusted that i wanted the car and just went to work on the numbers I desired to deal with. When financing time came, Susann Nogales was exceptionally caring about every detailed and every question I had. Although it was late Susann made me fill as if she had just started her day and for that reason I felt at home.
