From the moment we walked in the door, we were greated and asked if we wanted to see anyone special. Several months ago we had stopped at Scanlon, just looking. Doug saw us and talked with us about the new 2013 Lexus coming out soon. So when we were seriously thinking about one, we asked for Doug. He was busy so we waited and he came out to tell us he'd be with us shortly. We were given water and looked at other cars while waiting. We had a 2011 BMW with only 7600 miles on it that we'd be trading in. We went for a drive, all our questions were answered satisfactorly and we fell in love. The navigation, cooled seats ,comfort, and ease of driving sold us immediately. We wanted a trailor hitch added and chrome wheels and that was taken care of at a later date. Doug was very experienced and made the trade-in acceptable. I enjoy driving the Lexus as much as Roger and we could not be happiier or more satisfied with the vehicle or the friendly service at Scanlon. More

I came into the Lexus dealership a year and a half ago. It was a pleasure walking into Lexus and meeting Billy Dunn. However, as I have spent more time in the dealership (getting my free car wash every week), I have witnessed and overheard conversations between employees and customers and I have come to the conclusion that Scanlon Lexus' corporate culture is a "customer first - always" culture and though Billy IS an exception, so too is the entire dealership! Billy represented himself, the dealership, and the car we bought with complete integrety. Everything represented has proved to be true and all of our expectations were not only met, but exceeded.
