If we didn’t want the car, no big deal, they would drive it back and tear up the paperwork. We loved the car! It was clean and everything we had been told over the phone and in pictures was accurate! Very honest and very satisfying. I was looking for a truck and seen a couple online at Schafer's. I decided to make the 100 mile, one way trip to Schafer's with my brother. She gave us a list of their inventory which included all the pertinent information a buyer would need, and told us we find one that we would like to take for a test drive to come and see her inside the office. After finding a few....went inside and met with Kim. She was very honest about the way Schafer handles their inventory and their prices. As a buyer I felt very comfortable with purchasing a vehicle from them.
