Before even test driving a 2015 encore Buick, justin said don't worry we ordered a new key. Which I was fine with because he said he ordered it. It's Wednesday the next week, never heard anything about a new key fob being ordered. I work in a professional environment where I know not to make empty promises to my patient, I wish this place hadn't done that. I can't even use the key fob on my car, everytime I unlock it with the spare key they provided the alarm goes off. More

I bought a used vehicle 3 months ago for $10K. Assuming that because I went through a regular dealer I could count on having just the normal repairs, I didn't get a professional inspection. Now I find that the frame is bent, the pickup box is falling off, and no body shop will touch it. The vehicle is worthless. I see from other online reviews that this is a consistent event with this dealership. I would not recommend that you purchase any vehicles from this business.
