I was not impressed at all. The lack of communication is unreal! On top of that I was informed I would be test driving a cleaned car due to COVID! Well the car was disgusting! Poor customer service I have worked with this dealership numerous times. The dealership is beautiful and has many nice people that work there. Unfortunately, once my vehicl I have worked with this dealership numerous times. The dealership is beautiful and has many nice people that work there. Unfortunately, once my vehicle was purchased, I only experienced bad service when I had issues with my vehicle. This most recent time, I purchased front brake pads for over $300 and 2 days after (they were not installed), we decided to bring them back because they were semi metallic brake pads and they will leave black residue on my vehicle just like the ones I currently have. I was unaware when I purchased these that they were semi metallic. Because the box was opened and I used a 200 dollar voucher (from a previous mix up) they refused to take the brake pads back because they "could not sell these" although they could install these on any of the vehicles they work on (They installed these on my vehicle I purchased through them). I have never written a bad review about a business before but there has been multiple bad experiences service-wise with this dealership and I no longer will be recommending them. More
