Absolutely the best dealership I’ve ever had. Ray did not pressure me or make me feel bad for leaving the first time I visited because I wanted to see a car somewhere else. I gave 2 stars because the positive is the used car they sold me was in good condition. But I was very unsatisfied with their customer service and how they conduct business. They are not honest with their f sold me was in good condition. But I was very unsatisfied with their customer service and how they conduct business. They are not honest with their fees, they tack on extra fees without notifying their customers. 1 of these fees they call pulse for $599. The 2nd is LoJack for $499. The 3rd is Smart Driver for $1255. The 4th is ERT fee for $25. These fees come out to a total of $2,378 that they added onto the final cost of the vehicle, they did all this without letting me know and by the time I realized it, I had already paid. I tried to get a refund and they were arguing with me and refused to give me a full refund of the fees but only a partial refund. I have bought and traded 15 cars and been to many dealers. So I have other dealers to compare to this experience and I must say, they are not honest in how they conduct business. I would say to make sure you look at the purchase agreement line by line before signing anything, I made a mistake by trusting them to be honest. More
