Brought new 2018 Pilot in because heater blows only cold air. They couldn't get heat above 28° regardless how hot the engine was. These clowns then told me that was 'normal' and refused to fix while under air. They couldn't get heat above 28° regardless how hot the engine was. These clowns then told me that was 'normal' and refused to fix while under warranty. After warranty had expired (and still no heat) I brought the Pilot to McGrath Honda in Elgin. They immediately diagnosed the problem, gave me a free loaner, fixed it and called Honda to have them pay for it. Why buy from incompetent and arrogant Rohrman Schaumburg Honda when a far better dealer, McGrath Honda, is less that 10 minutes away. More

Its a car dealership that use the strategy of long wait to get through with the paper work. So customer will get bored and just want to make the deal done.
