Walked into this dealership wanting to buy a new Honda Passport. Dealership was by a close friend. Salesman, Sean Brady, was a really nice guy and helpful. The rest of the experience was a nightmare. Sales Team Leader, Jose Alicea, tried to jack up the price on us by pretending to give us the wrong interest rate but offered us 2 free car washes (what a joke). General Manager tried to offer a $250 restaurant gift certificate (another complete joke). Then, to top it all off, they brought out a brand “new” Passport with an 8 inch scratch on the hood, which was identified by salesman. Unfortunately, found 5-6 more scratches on passenger side of vehicle which were NOT identified. Had to refuse to take vehicle. Didn’t leave dealership until after 10:15. Spent 5 hours trying not to get screwed over - repeatedly. Finance manager, Luke, intervened and saved the deal and we picked up our new Passport a week later. All of this and payed more than MSRP. Definitely not worth the hassle and aggravation. I’d buy a car from Sean Brady again, but not from that dealership. More
