Terrible customer service! I bought a used car 3 weeks ago and received an email from D Jay who did the financing of my car that he made a mistake on the paperwork and wanted me to sign and return it. I h ago and received an email from D Jay who did the financing of my car that he made a mistake on the paperwork and wanted me to sign and return it. I had several questions to ask and left several messages and emails to the finance rep and never received a call back. I even spoke to his manager Trey and he told me that he would have D Jay call me back the next day, if he doesn’t call my cell. I didn’t receive a callback an the past 6 days I have also left Trey multiple messages without a call back. Very frustrating and lack of customer service from Honda. I have bought 5 cars ( wife, son, daughter) from this dealership and will look elsewhere when needing a car again More

I had a pleasant experience at Schaumburg Honda. The sales representative Juan was well informed and was very accommodating. I never felt like they were too pushy and worked with me on the price pretty sales representative Juan was well informed and was very accommodating. I never felt like they were too pushy and worked with me on the price pretty fairly. Financing was quick and seamless. Afterwards Mike gave me such a great explanation about all my new car's many functions and provided this little helpful cheat sheet to take home. The dealership itself is in a state of transition because I think they're moving to a whole new location, so I understand that the outdated lobby and overall layout of the dealership is only for the time being. I'm looking forward to taking my car to service at the new dealership! More

My experience at this establishment was something I cannot put into words but I will try! The staff was amazing. The process was stress free and convenient. I’ve never had an easier car buying experience from the sales department to the finance it’s was nothing short of perfect! I can’t wait to buy another car. Highly recommend 10/10!!!
