Extremely disappointed in this dealership. They promised a price to us just to get us in the door, and then tried to tack on over $2,000 in extra fees. I had dealt with the internet sales department and co a price to us just to get us in the door, and then tried to tack on over $2,000 in extra fees. I had dealt with the internet sales department and confirmed with them the price, and then ran through all the extra costs (taxes, title, dealer doc fees, etc.). Confirmed all of this before we went up there, so I wasn't expecting any surprises. Confirmed that the car was available and waiting for us. They said it was. The first time we went up there, they told me they lost the key. They also told me that the car wasn't even at that lot, so we couldn't even look at it. I naively chalked it up as an honest mistake. Went back up there a couple days later. Again, confirmed everything with her up front, so no surprises. I go in and sat down to do the paperwork, and they bring the price sheet showing more than $2,000 over the price we agreed upon. She said she had to talk to her manager and that they will get it figured out. I told her she had 10 minutes and then we would be leaving. Manager came in 10 minutes later, and tried to sell us on why the price they originally gave us was different than the price they gave us online. We walked out, went to Honda of Lisle and had a great experience with them. I will never go to Schaumburg Honda, or any other Bob Rohrman dealership ever again. More
