I have bought three cars from there and I hate to say that every single time the service got worse I will definitely not be going back there to buy another car. Even the service department was subpar, I that every single time the service got worse I will definitely not be going back there to buy another car. Even the service department was subpar, I found the people that check you in to be very rude people. so I chose to go out of my way to a different Honda dealer to have my Hondas serviced. I know it’s a big dealership it doesn’t mean much to lose one customer. But I shop all my major purchases by word-of-mouth. The only good thing I can say is a salesman in a used car department that helped us Roger McClintock was very friendly and patient with all the questions I asked of all the used cars that I was looking at. I was purchasing the car cash, not financing and it took almost 2hrs to complete this process. Even though the salesman had brought out half the paperwork for us to fill out in advance so he said it would literally take 5 to 10 minutes to get whatever paperwork we needed from the finance office. but unfortunately it was just about about 2hts to get the tax form, Bill of sale and the registration. Truly horrible experience. More
