They are still trying to bait and switch at every turn and it takes tons of energy, time and patience just to plunk down $30,000+ dollars to buy a car! I tried to do all of my research over the phone and online so that I could minimize time in the showroom but to no avail. Donald Dunning was GREAT internet sales on the phone and via email and was the reason I decided to purchase with Rohrman. He was responsive, knowledgeable and detailed. Unfortunately once I came in to purchase the car and thought I was doing the final (and quick) purchase with him I was told I CAN"T work with him! From there ALL was downhill. Hours and hours in the showroom. Waiting and waiting for paperwork which never matched the quote I was given. They tried to add in accessories and fees as if the consumer is an idiot. Process was very condescending. No reason for this type of process nowadays! Get with the times. No one wants to play these games. Finally after going to manager, ranting and threatening to leave I got paperwork that matched my quote. Had to return again for the final purchase and again hours and hours of needless waiting all the time concerned about the virus situation. People (and employees) coming in and out without masks or with chin masks! Lots of employees meandering around but for some reason we couldn't get the deal done and get our of the place! Bogged down in paperwork that could have all been handled online prior to my visit if they weren't just trying to maneuver some extra fees along the way. Even at the final step to the payment office which was way too close of quarters for corona safety, the guy tried to slip in different payment terms and sell me on overpriced warranties. Finally left in our beautiful new car frustrated and exhausted and never wanting to do this again. My 20 something daughter who was with me is now dreading the day she needs to purchase a car based on her experience. She has learned not trust any car dealer and to get EVERYTHING in writing including the ALL IN pricing which they desperately try not to provide. Time to stop trying to take advantage of the consumer and stop this unnecessary crazy process!! Please please take a lesson from Amazon before it is too late - younger consumers want a quicker, straightforward and transparent sales process! More

Worst experience ever. Is been a month and they still can't close the deal. Very unprofessional. Will never do business with them.
