A rat infested catastrophic hot mess of a dealership They did literally everything wrong. I saw a vehicle online. I called for an appointment to see that vehicle. We discussed the specific vehicle based on the dealer's stock price. When I came in, despite the "VIP" appointment, they had absolutely no idea what vehicle I was looking for. They brought out the wrong one, and then I had to show them their own ad to let them know the vehicle I was interested in. We finally drove it, and we were interested. The sales person then directed us to an office. Where we waited for over 40 minutes. Then finally a manager came in with an offer on a completely different vehicle. Then had to wait some more. While waiting, I went to the bathroom to find a rat scurrying accorss the floor. Could've been Gene, the GM though. The manager later came back with a price substantially higher than the price listed online. What the xxxx is happening here. It was the exact vehicle, per the stock price. The person who was apparently a manager mumbled something about "packages" as the basis for refusing to honor their price. Based on subsequent comments and a lack of response from them, they apparently view this conduct as perfectly acceptable.There is absolutely no way I would buy a car there. If they are going to waste time and then refuse to honor online pricing, there is simply reason to do business with them. Absolute trash. 0 out of 10. Would not recommend. Not good for groups. Borderline illegal. More

The sales person was not transparent about costs and after I signed a check to them, Roger Mogle only gave me ONE key that did NOT have remote keyless features. Online, the listing for the car (which I have printed out and saved so I will be reporting this dealership to the FTC and have reached out to my lawyer) specifically lists remote keyless entry AND the fact that I was only given one key and told "that is what the car came with" by Roger Mogle shows that he is negligent and the dealership lied either on the listing or by telling me that was the only key. I have reached out to my lawyer. He has advised me to file a complaint with the FTC which I am in the process of and I will be sending legal proceedings to the dealership. Absolutely horrible, I would never go to the dealership. More
I requested a dependable vehicle. I paid $5600 for a 2009 Mercury mariner. They originally asked for $7500. Due to mechanical issues the car was returned 3 minutes after leaving the lot. The manager, Adam, was rude and vindictive, and suggested that it was my fault that I had to wait 90 minutes to pay.
