Very unpleasant experience. I talk with a sales person on the phone explained to her what type of car I wanted , and when I got there they asked me what car i am interested in . After an hour of waiting the the phone explained to her what type of car I wanted , and when I got there they asked me what car i am interested in . After an hour of waiting the sales person came back explaining to me that he had hard time of finding the car and when he did found it the car wouldnt start sobthey try to give a jump start come on please on a brand new vehicle. I just left never go there again . Fyi : there is no coffee inside and ac is broke. So i went to Motorwrecks Honda of Barrington and got my new 2020 hrv . What a different experience at Motor-wrecks Honda of Barrington . Will be going back to them from now on . More

Everyone had a attitude. Sergio my rep gave me the keys and ran away, didn't help me in any way. Horrible experience at this dealer.
