Can't beat my best price- Slogan simply isn't true. Presented Jonathan with my very best written price, but instead of beating it, he lies and says, "We don't have any in stock, that car is hard to find Presented Jonathan with my very best written price, but instead of beating it, he lies and says, "We don't have any in stock, that car is hard to find, and the industry is shuttered and cars like that unavailable!" But.... I happened to be in the off-lot (about a block down the street, next to the auto-body shop) just the other day, and my wife and I were looking at all the many different color 2020 Ridgeline trucks in their off-lot (same models I was looking for). So far they have had the biggest supply on any lot we have seen yet. So- rather than live up to their advertised slogan, I was presented a lie- a straight out lie to save face and to not really offer the best price. Luckily, I could easily travel 15 min down the street back to Auto Nation in DesPlaines- much better, no lies, and very easy to deal with. This is all in black and white (yes, actually all in writing because it was an internet purchase) so no miss-understandings can be given as another lame excuse. Guess I dodged a potential future bad situation and Jonathan did me a favor. More

The sales service at the time of the sale is fine. It is the poor customer service after is what is horrible. I was allowed to drive off the lot with my new car because did not have plates, when I called tw the poor customer service after is what is horrible. I was allowed to drive off the lot with my new car because did not have plates, when I called two days later requesting my plates, I was told they still did not have any. I asked to be notified with updates as to when they will get some. I’ve found myself calling instead of being called. It’s been 6 days and I STILL don’t have my plates or any updates without me having to bug and call myself. More
