Had to wait 45 mins to be seen after I made a service appointment a couple days before visiting. What’s the point of even making a appointment? Waiting Room is DISGUSTING, the walk way to the customer waiting room is CREEPY and the level of customer service is POOR. Granted that I didn’t have to pay for anything (I was getting a recall fixed) the level of customer service could of been SO MUCH BETTER. I know for a fact that there are BETTER Honda Service departments out there when compared to this one! Do yourself a favor - go elsewhere! More

Nice Staff, But Too Many Issues The few staff members I dealt with were very pleasant (one gold star just for that), but there were so many issues with the service. They've gone to a The few staff members I dealt with were very pleasant (one gold star just for that), but there were so many issues with the service. They've gone to a new computerized system when you drop your car off for service, and it wasn't working like it should. It was slow and kept giving false error messages. I had dropped my car off early (7:30 am), so I'd get out sooner instead of spending my whole day at the dealer. I spent almost 5 hours waiting on basic service (I was getting my car ready for winter). Thank God I had their service coupons because this dealer will price gouge on all services. For example, according to most car websites, the average transmission flush (including putting in new transmission fluid) costs around $50-$80 including parts and labor (not counting tax). Schaumburg Honda charges roughly $213 for the same thing with parts and labor (not counting tax). In all, I ended up spending almost $1,000 just to get my car ready for winter (oil change, tire rotation and realignment, brake and transmission fluid, and multi-point inspection). Having read reviews elsewhere, I can see why so many people are complaining about their service department. More

From the time we walked in , the internet guy changed his attitude. The sales person Daniel was excellent. But the manager Kurt Williams was absolutely rude, unethical, biased person. Over the years, Kelly has shown a real concern for his customers and has incredible knowledge and instincts to figure out what is causing an issue with a car. He is a big part of the reason we keep returning to the dealership! More
