Finally got in to sign papers. Herded is like cattle. No real appreciation for buying a car from them. Asked a couple of questions which he told me had to deal with used car manager. He never came out. Had an eight hour drive home so left. I’m sure that’s what they were waiting for me to do. Eric was the only one that was nice to us. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t give them three stars. More

Service department is incompetent STAY AWAY. I booked an oil change for 4:30 and I arrived at 4:15. They said it would take an hour. At 6:20 I went to check on it and they were still w STAY AWAY. I booked an oil change for 4:30 and I arrived at 4:15. They said it would take an hour. At 6:20 I went to check on it and they were still working on it. Just an oil change....2+ hours. Ridiculous. But the best part is at 6:30 they tell me its ready and I check out, get the car and leave, and 15 minutes later I get a call from the mechanic saying that he forgot to put some parts back on my car and could I please come back. Real professional for a Honda Dealer. The only reason to pay for an overpriced oil change at the dealer is to not have to worry about shoddy work or so I thought. Now I need to go to a real Honda dealership to see what sort of damage Schaumburg Honda caused to my car by forgetting to put the car back together before telling me it was ready after 2+ hours to change the oil. I can't imagine why Honda lets this dealership use their name. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for service because this dealer is a joke. More

Honda Over the last 6 years I purchased three Hondas. I always started locally with Schaumburg Honda but never reached the best deal. I always felt pressured into buying a color or trim package I did not want and purchased a honda nearby. Until I meet Eric Merlo and sales manager Kurt. They found the exact color/trim package and were very competitive to other dealers online price. I had a great car buying experience and look forward to purchasing additional vehicles with Bob Rohrman Honda. More
