Best car buying experience I've ever had Went into buy a used Acura RDX. Worked with Ray Merced and Danny Faul. I felt I got a good deal. There was an issue with the brakes which they promised they would fix after the purchase. I agreed to the deal. When I got home I noticed some damage to the vehicle's rear window spoiler. I immediately texted a picture to Ray. I went back to the Schaumburg Honda the next day expecting to be told I was out of luck, but to my great surprise Danny without hesitation told me they would take care of the damage and to make an appointment for the next week. Later in the week I got a call from Ray saying they had set up an appointment for me on Monday. I took the car in and both the brakes and the spoiler were repaired to my satisfaction. I had the car back on Wednesday and they gave me a loaner to boot. Next time I buy a car I will start with Schaumburg Honda. They treated me well and when I had issues they didn't equivocate. I highly recommend Schaumburg Honda. More
