Car needed an A service, got charged for a B Brought my 2018 Pilot in for an A service. The vehicle had had a B service 2 months ago. Was told I needed a "36,000 mile service." Looked up the manual online, turns out there is no such thing, and what I got was a duplicate B service. Bunch of crooks. More
