This fee was extremely high and added on an additional $800 we were not expecting. If they are going to charge this fee they need to have a detailed description of the repairs made on the vehicle. Pleasant My experience with Honda Schaumburg was generally pleasant. I bought my first car from Honda Downtown, however that deal left a sour taste in my mind. I had no choice but to accept the deal sincd I needed a car so desperately. In comparison to Downtown, Schaumburg did far better job and convinced me to buy a brand new CR-V EX-L. Although I believe I could be granted more discount over the price of the car, I feel happy to have my current car thanks to Honda Schaumburg. I would also like to thank Gio for his effort for pushing the deal to the finish line. He was proactive and constructive during the negotiation process. More
