Coming to Honda, I knew what I was looking for but upon my arrival I saw a different car that I loved more. I went through thos experience with John who was super great. He made me feel like a VIP. He's very kind and at the end of the day felt like family. I feel very blessed to have been able to purchase my car with John. He never made me feel like I was being pushed to purchase a car. He even said, if this one doesn't work out we have many more to look at. It was reassuring. Everyone at Honda was super nice and helpful. They weren't like the average car sales men. They were supe super nice people and would even come chat with me. If I buy another car down the road (pun not intended), I wil definitely be coming back to Honda. Thank you Honda for the great experience of buying my first car. Special thanks to John for making me feel important. More

New Wheels Ken was extremely helpful, and I got a new set of wheels! I had done my research ahead of time, and I knew what I wanted so the process was easy. I’d suggest researching warranty options ahead of time as that part of the process gets overwhelming. Mike Lis helped me with setting up all the fancy gadgets in my car which really helped, so I didn’t have to figure it out on my own. More
double bait and switch on used car Verified twice earlier that day with them that they had a particular car. Went to the dealership and it took about 30 minutes for them to say that the Verified twice earlier that day with them that they had a particular car. Went to the dealership and it took about 30 minutes for them to say that they "couldn't find the car" and would i be interested in this same model with less options and mileage for a little more money. Another thirty minutes go by and they cant find car number two but oh now they have car number one again. Wait another fifteen minutes and nope now they dont have either car would I like to see anything else. Theres even more absurd details i am leaving out, too. It doesnt seem as if they treat their new car customers this way but this was a really bitter experience. I also waited to see if there was a follow up call or anything to apologize. There was none. Also both cars still remain on their website which makes me believe this wasn't an honest mistake. More

Defective suv, lack of service Dealership readily admits Pilot has no heat. Not interested in trying to fix problem but instead told me that Honda uses an inadequate heater core in Dealership readily admits Pilot has no heat. Not interested in trying to fix problem but instead told me that Honda uses an inadequate heater core in 2018 Pilot. Basically told that it is not their problem that this vehicle does not have heat. Told to complain to Honda and that if enough complaints come in maybe Honda will do something about it. At one point a fully warmed-up engine was pushing out 16 degree F cold air. The service advisor says that is normal. What a joke. Don’t buy a Honda and certainly avoid Schaumburg Honda. More
