Not happy Went in for routine oil change. When service advisor checked me out he informed me engine and pollen filter needed replacement. I had just changed the Went in for routine oil change. When service advisor checked me out he informed me engine and pollen filter needed replacement. I had just changed the filters myself a few months prior. Also told brakes were needing replacement soon. Just 8000 miles prior (in for an oil change) at 8mm in front and 7mm rear. Now only 8000 miles later they claim fronts are at 6mm and rears at 3mm. That's impossible un only 8000 miles. Not to mention front brakes wear 2-3 times faster than the rears. The most disturbing thing that I was NOT told was they found a rear tire at only 12psi. They claimed they couldn't find a leak and just put it back to the recommended 35psi of air. I noticed this notation about the tire on the paperwork but was never told. Very next morning my tire is back down to less than 15psi. To lose that much pressure so quickly is a pretty serious leak (that they claim wasn't found). Later the next day I take the car to a tire shop only to find there is a hole in the sidewall of my tire. How could the dealer have looked for this leak and not found it, especially being on the sidewall?? Exactly... they never even looked for it. Oh yeah, they also didn't give the complimentary car wash either. Whoever the technician was is either totally incompetent, lazy, or just a flat out liar. *Note: service advisor was a nice guy. I have no problem with him personally other than not telling me about the bad tire. I hold the technician accountable for his actions, or lack thereof in this case. More
