I had a great experience. I have always been happy at Schaumburg Honda. This is the 3rd car I have bought there, and my parents have bought 3 as well. The only issue I had is t I have always been happy at Schaumburg Honda. This is the 3rd car I have bought there, and my parents have bought 3 as well. The only issue I had is that the car I test drove, I could not afford to buy, so I had to buy a different model. I didn’t test drive that car before I bought it and was surprised to find that the steering wheel is not comfortable. The steering wheel has a bump on each side where my hands go, and it isn’t smooth like my odysseys were. I’ve never had a steering wheel like that before. Everything else about the car is great, and Ed was great too! I appreciate all if his help. More

From 1.5 hours to 4.5 hours I was told my oil change and transmission flush would take 1.5 -2 hours and I was inconvenienced for almost twice the amount of time. My 8:30 appt. wa I was told my oil change and transmission flush would take 1.5 -2 hours and I was inconvenienced for almost twice the amount of time. My 8:30 appt. was complete at 1pm. Yes they did the job. However, felt like forever. Had I known I would have made different plans. More
